Mountaineers Take Another 7th Place Finish

The Schreiner Men's Cross Country team competed in the Texas DIII Meet at Texas Lutheran in Seguin this past weekend and were able to finish in 7th Place for the second straight time.

Sophomore Dionel Alves was again SU's top finisher and came in 30th place overall with a time of 31:19 for the 6,000 meter race.  Brothers Ryan (33:34) and Michael Maia (34:54) finished next for the Mountaineers followed by Tom Pappas (35:19), David Machado (35:41) and Jonathan Ferguson (38:08).

Schreiner's next race is again in Seguin this Saturday,  October 3rd at the TLU Invitational.
