Favorite moment(s) on court, field, etc: I made 2 bid saves in a PK shootout to help my HS team win the CCISD soccer tourney for the first time in school history. The team elected me to take the winning trophy. Greatest feeling ever; I would love to have that feeling again with Schreiner Men’s Soccer.
Something I always pack to take with me on a road trip: Ace Bandage
In the locker room before a game I am the player that is: Straight chillin
Pre-game superstition: Have none, just go out there and play the game and have fun.
If I could have dinner with three people (living or deceased) I would choose: because: Bob Marley- he had an interesting life. Ronaldinho, he seems like the kind of guy you can sit down and grub with and talk soccer.
If I could travel to any place in the world, it would be to: because: South Africa and the 2010 World Cup; also there are some good surf spots in South Africa.
If I won the Lottery, I would: Buy a motorcycle and invest the rest.
If I could be anyone for one day, I would be: Any one of the pro surfers.
When not playing my sport or studying, I: Surf if I’m near or just sleepin.
People would be surprised to know about me: I had the chickpox at the age of 4, my body temperature rose to 105 degrees; I was on the edge of death.
My favorite quote/word to live by: “Go Big or Go Home, We Don’t Go Home”
My advice to young players: Train hard and keep a level head.
The thing I like best about SU is: It’s location in the hill country.
What inspires me? Hopes and dreams.
What’s the weirdest food you have eaten and liked? Mesquite grilled oysters.
Ten years from now I hope to be: Wow, I’m living in the now, ten years is a long time from now.
