Schreiner started its 2007 spring match schedule off to a good start with two close wins but fell to the tournament hosts at the ASC Crossover in Abilene.  On Friday, Schreiner knocked off Howard Payne, 5-4, and then beat LeTourneau by the same score Saturday morning.  McMurry got the best of the Mountaineers (2-1) in the afternoon by a 6-3 count.

Junior Brent Coleman (#2 singles), freshman Carlo Sasam (#3), sophomore Trey Brannen (#4), junior Riley Winterringer (#5) and sophomore Zach Browning (#6) each had two wins in the three sets of singles matches.  Each SU doubles team gained one doubles match win over the weekend - and each match it was a different unit getting the win.
