A member of Ingram's varsity squad since her sophomore year, Alicia has helped to build the program into one of the stronger in the Hill Country.  As a sophomore Alicia was named the team's Most Improved Player, and was Second Team All-District, as well as Academic All-District.  As a junior she was named District Honorable Mention.  As a senior and team captain Alicia led her team to a Bi-District runner up Championship, and was named Second Team All-District and Academic All-District.  Alicia is a strong player who brings good power to the ball.  She also competes in basketball, golf, softball and track for Ingram.

Misty Fletcher

Misty was the starting outside hitter for the LaVernia High School this year.  A player with great ball control and court sense, Misty helped the Lady Bears to a Regional Final appearance, where they lost a tough 5 game match to eventual state champions Wimberley.  For the second year in a row, she was named First Team All District for her efforts.  A strong competitor in the classroom as well, Misty has been honored as Academic All-District in 2004, 2005 and 2006, as well as being named an Elite Academic All-State performer in 2006.  Misty will be counted on for her ball control and strong hitting next season.  She played Softball for LaVernia, and also played for the Bexar County Juniors volleyball club.

Caitlin Gayle
6'3 Middle Blocker / Right Side
Bandera High School ('07)
Pipe Creek, TX

Caitlin anchored the middle blocker position for Bandera High School this season.  A big blocking presence with a strong swing, Caitlin has the ability to change games with her size and her power.  Caitlin was an Academic All-State performer this season in volleyball and in cross country.  She will be looked to next year to bring solid blocking and timely offense on the right side or at the middle blocker position.  Caitlin competed in basketball and track for the Bulldogs, qualifying for State in the high jump.  Caitlin was named Bandera High School's "Female Athlete of the Year" in her senior year.

A strong passer and a good defensive player, Kayla played for both Hendrickson High School and for the Round Rock Magic volleyball club.  At Hendrickson, Kayla was the '04-'05 Team MVP, the '05-'06 Team Outstanding Hitter, and was honored with the Team Spirit award.  Kayla also served as team captain in her junior year, and was a three year team captain for her club team.  Kayla has proven to be a hard worker in the classroom, as well as on the court, and was nominated to the National Honors Society.  The team will look to her next season for her ball control, which will be key to getting the Mountaineers into their offense.

Nicci brings power hitting and precision blocking to the team for next season.  A gifted athlete and a good student, Nicci will add depth and firepower to the Mountaineer lineup in the fall.
