HSU Seniors Lead
Cowgirls to Win
Hardin-Simmons' two
seniors had big days on
their Senior Day and led
the Cowgirls to a 90-71
win over visiting
Schreiner.
HSU (14-4 in ASC) led
comfortably at the half,
42-30, and poured it on
in the second half,
extending the lead to as
many as 24.
Seniors Rachel Cisneroz
and Shelby Hodges
combined for 35 points
and 17 rebounds.
Sophomore Courtney Davis
was SU's (5-13 in ASC)
leading scorer with 16
points. Senior
Lynn Stow had 10
rebounds and 9 points
while freshman Anna
Fareed chipped in with
12 points and 7 boards.
The Mountaineers return
home to play their final
two games this week.
