Beck is
Top Finisher at ASC Championships
(10/30/06) In the women’s
competition at the 2006 ASC Cross Country Championships in
Tyler, TX, sophomore Lori Beck was the top finisher in 51st
place with a time of 30:03. Senior Margaret Collins
finished not far behind in 54th place with a time of 30:11.
"Their times were just under what they ran 2 weeks ago, but
with the strong group of runners from top to bottom (in the
Championship), they ran a good race," said head coach Rodney
Holland. "There were a total of 82 runnersand 11 teams, I
was happy with the way they competed against very good
competition." |
