Howard Payne Wins 7-2 Over Schreiner Women

Howard Payne took advantage of a severely undermanned Schreiner Women's Tennis team for a 7-2 win in Kerrville.  With the loss, Schreiner finishes its divisional record at 2-5.

Schreiner scored wins at #1 doubles and at #3 singles.  Sophomore Katrina Priess teamed with freshman Michelle Martinez for an 8-6 win in doubles.  Freshman Alicia Wilbanks moved up to #3 singles and still won her match, 1-6, 7-6, (10-8) to earn SU's other point.  The Mountaineers only suited out four players for the match and had to forfeit matches at #3 doubles and #5 and #6 singles.
