Women's Tennis Competes at ASC
Individuals
The SU tennis team traveled to
Abilene this weekend to participate
in the ASC Individual Championship.
The results of the women’s

look easy winning their tough match

sophomore Carol Pope played a tough
match, despite nerves, against
Mississippi College, but dropped the
match 0-8.

to stand out and show their talent
on their own. In the first round,
Victoria Lopez and Lynne Collenback
each received a bye. Michelle

against UT-Dallas, but despite
playing really well, dropped her

Making
it to round two, Lynne Collenback

consolation semifinals. She then
played UT-Dallas, but dropped that

improvement from last year. The team
had a lot of fun and are really
looking forward to playing in their
