John Wyatt Greenlee/Hamilton 2000

Hamilton, '00.  John Wyatt Greenlee comes to Schreiner after a one year stint as the Head Men’s and Women’s Volleyball Coach at Kendall College in Evanston, IL. Shortly after hiring him in August Kendall decided to dissolve their athletic department at the end of the year, leaving Coach Greenlee free to accept the position at Schreiner. The Kendall Women’s volleyball team ended their season with a record of 14-19 that included a berth in the conference playoffs for the first time in three years. This past season, Greenlee received conference "Coach of the Year" honors after leading his team to their first conference championship. His men’s team finished ranked 6th in the nation among NAIA men’s programs, and appeared in the National tournament for the first time in the history of the school's program.

Prior to coming to Kendall College, Coach Greenlee was the head men's and women's volleyball coach at East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania from 2000-2002. During his time there the women's volleyball team compiled an 18-2 conference record, advanced to their conference semi-finals both years, and received the program's first NCAA tournament invitation. Coach Greenlee was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) East Conference "Coach of the Year" in 2000.

Coach Greenlee graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY in 2000 with an Artium Baccalaureatus in History and Classical Studies. He is a native of Salt Lake City, UT. He and his wife Vanessa currently reside in Kerrville
